Under terms of the agreement, New Boundary Technologies will enable its Policy Commander® security policy management solution for Lockdown Network’s open iNAC® (intelligent network access control) architecture.
Within the iNAC architecture, Policy Commander serves as a quarantine and remediation server that performs immediate, automated remediation of devices deemed non-compliant by Lockdown Enforcer™. By fully automating the remediation of non-compliant systems, users can quickly and securely access the network without the need for manual configuration tasks or calls to the help desk. Working together, Policy Commander and Lockdown Enforcer allow organizations to fully automate the tasks associated with compliance assessment, security policy implementation and enforcement, and security configuration remediation.
